Chasing after various clues appearing only as hushed rumours and forgotten legends, Jane and her protective fellow travellers find themselves having to fight off a band of soldiers equipped with strange airships, who are seemingly intent on keeping the Cerulean Sand a secret from all outsiders.

Though it was the seemingly perfectly ordinary army, the team composed only of the woman called "Angel Corps" existed in this army. They controlled the spaceship which was called "Angel Frame" which was the relic of Lost Technology. And, they collected the lost technology by using the angel frame, and carried out the duties to manage them.

They were not the elite pilots, but Angel Corps was rather an eccentric person's group. Arms mania's Forte, costume player's Mint, taciturn Vanilla, showy Ranpha and Milfeulle who likes cooking ... Every time, they cause a big trouble in the mission.

This is the fourth season of Ojamajo Doremi. This season is about Hana-chan, a child from Maho-land that Doremi and the gang raised while they travelled back and forth from the human world. Even Renamon can't make Rika break his control, causing Rika to lash out at her and Takato. Discovering that it was Parasimon who was responsible for opening the gate and bringing Locomon to Earth, Guilmon Digivolves into Gallantmon Crimson Mode and defeats him, restoring Rika. However, swarms of Parasimon begin to emerge from the gateway, but after a long, tough battle, Justimon and Beelzemon are able to defeat them. Free from Parasimon's control, Locomon is returned to the Digital World with the same intention as before, and the Tamers throw Rika her party.

There's Dekao who's Navi's name is Gutsman, and Meiru with a custom Net Navi called Roll. Dekao and Netto usually battle each other in the net just to prove who is stronger.

Net Navis are popular with the kids and they can have net battles where they log their PET into a computer and fight there. Each Net Navi can be customized to each individual person to their liking. While in a net battle the kids can plug in special battle chips to give their Navi a weapon to fight with.

However, an evil organization called the World Three has been using Net Navis to set terrorist attacks on computer networks and the only one to stop them are of course Rockman, Gutsman and Roll.
