Ousaka Hiroshi was an animator, character designer and illustrator who began his career in 1983 when he ed the animation subcontracting studio Kimura Takahiro.

* In 1991 he left Anime R and became a freelance animator, still continuing to work on several Sunrise shows.
* In 1998 he co-founded Minami Masahiko.

Having been battling with cancer, he succumbed to the disease on September 24th in 2007.
