This anime has a plot that is conflict-free, and has slow pacing to top it off. It is not comparable to other anime set in art schools/art clubs such as Hidamari Sketch or Hachimitsu to Clover. I'd say that it is weaker than Tamayura, even if Tamayura is maudlin.
Art & Animation: Pretty good, except that one cat's eyes, which bugged me.
Sound: Quite a few cliche sound effects.
Story: Weak as a kitten. And about as cute.
Character: The characters weren't bad for the most part, but the teacher was too contrived.
Value: I'm going to largely forget this anime.
Enjoyment: Harmless, cute slice of life, I guess.
