Why do I think this is the best anime in history? Well:
The story is amazing, well written, emotional, and easily the best you could ever find in a japanese anime.
The animation is astonishing, way better than the previous Naruto, and thats saying something!
The quality is more than incredible, if you watch it you would easily understand why it is the most popular anime in all history.
In general, Naruto Shippuden is by far the greatest, coolest, and most enjoyable series you could ever find, if you ever, EVER, find either a negative comment or a hated comment of this awesome anime, it is not hate, it is jealous.
