There is specific time to choose, but yes, it's possible they will be sold out. But I think may is a good month. No holiday, no tourist, not like in august, so maybe it will be okay

I will be in Nagasaki at April 17th so i was planning to buy it then for May 10th.
I know its impossible to guess for sure, but do you think they will be sold out that far ahead?

However, since you're not gonna get them anyway, I might as well point this out for you: it's never been shown outside the Ghibli Museum. So I don't think you have much of a chance of finding it anywhere else.

Yeah i am sorry i did not pose the question more clearly....
I am aware it is being shown in Ghibli museum in Mitaka, however i will be in Tokyo only for 2 days and i will probably not see that specific one and it is the only Ghibli piece i have not seen yet.

That is why i was trying to find out if anyone knows any websites and/or has any external links that might show it. I am also aware of copyright as well but i just could not let my hope go down that easy.

You could have answered your question yourself. That is written right there in the anime entry for the short in question for a reason.

At Ghibli Museum, and only during a specific month. There is a lot of Ghibli's shorts and they are broadcast month after month at this museum.

Next movie for summer 2014 has been announced.

ANN quoted the Twitter of Ghibli recently, which said that the much anticipated documentary "The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness" (Start: 16.11. in Japan) will get English subtitles.

Yes, it is true. He said that he will stop making feature films (which does not mean he retires entirely; wouldn't suit him, anyway). But I think it is still possible that he is involved in the feature films other people direct, at least that was the case several times in the past (Whisper of the Hearts, Arrietty, Poppy Hill).

Friday he will deliver a speech in which he will explain his reasons for retiring from making feature films.

Don't kill yourself, though, since you would miss the chance to see what becomes of the studio after Miyazaki and Takahata's stop being the major players. I am particularly curious about Hiromasa Yonebayashi's next film because I liked Arrietty a lot. And I'm also a fan of Poppy Hill – it's undeniable that Goro learned a lot in those years.

In short: Yep, it's sad that Miyazaki is retiring and he is irreplacable, and I highly doubt that we will see another person like him again, but it's not the end of Studio Ghibli.

Yes, it's true, but he limited his retirement to Feature Films. Shorts are still possible. Maybe he will help out the other (younger) directors in Studio Ghibli, like he did in recent years (my opinion!). We will know more after the press conference on Friday.
