Yamaguchi Mioko is a singer and music composer from Tokyo. In 1980 she made her debut as singer with the single Yume Hikou produced under Canyon Records. But it was the 1983 single Koi wa Haru Kan, which was produced as an image song for Kose Cosmetics, which became a smash hit for her. Following several singles and albums she gradually changed her field into that of song composition during the latter half of the 1980s.
