Meme value Three delinquents explore playing music by knowing nothing about it and out of pure boredom. They somehow end up playing at a festival. Their band leader goes overboard with his musical instrument and it ends about there.

Funny at times, awkward with long pauses for the most of it.

There are two words to describe what happens in this anime: unexpected and absurd. Unexpected things happen all the time, and they're of the absurd variety.
Sometimes it's boring, other times it makes one laugh with tears in the eyes, other times it's a "what did just happen here" jaw dropped moment.
