Matsu (Sekirei #02) is a bespectacled Sekirei with genius-level computer and hacking skills. She utilizes a vast network of satellites and spying devices to gather large amounts of information, and once even succeeding in hacking the MBI's mainframe computer.

Matsu refers to herself as the "Wisdom" Sekirei and uses the "-tan" suffix in everyone's names. One of her favorite hobbies is watching the mayhem Minato and his other Sekirei cause every day. Matsu's primary role is as Minato's unofficial strategist, rarely venturing outside of the Inn and using her vast network of information to aid him.

Matsu has the power to access and analyze any electronic device on a telepathic level. Her name literally means "Pine".
